Tarot for Beginners
If you have been wanting to learn more about tarot or begin reading for others this class is for you! In a 6 week series we will explore the history of Tarot, the Minor and Major Arcana, numerology, symbols, and astrology of tarot. We will discuss how to read for yourself and others, and way to tap into your intuition through an exploration of “the clairs”.
MEDITATE & JOURNAL
A 20 minute meditation and journal zoom session every morning. We will meditate for about 5-10 minutes each morning and then journal together. I will have journaling prompts, but this time is yours and you can write whatever you are called to.
Connect with your body during this mindfulness practice. Incorporating yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, and meditation, to quiet the nervous system and support increased awareness of breath and body.
